So if you activate "Reckless Greed" and "Offerings to the Doomed", you only skip 2 Draw Phases.</b><br><br></li> <li><b>Skipping a Draw Phase is an effect, not a cost, so if "Reckless Greed" is negated you do not skip your Draw Phases.</b><br><br></li> </ol>
